Info : Death Bemamud Taha who became ruler in the slums, called District 13 was not able to make the area safe. Empty-making power there five ethnic groups fought each other for seats of power left by Taha.
On the other hand, the French government plans to burned area if the residents do not want to subject to the laws in force in France. Now the hopes of all citizens of District 13 relies on Damien (Cyril Raffaelli) and Leito (David Belle). Two people here who three years earlier had overthrow the ruling powers Bemamud Taha in District 13. But there is another party intervention that seek to take advantage of the destruction of District 13. When Damien and Leito not managed to convince five of the 'top brass' five ethnic groups in this slum area to come together, then there is no more hope for the district.
